Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cAct\u201d), which regulates the processing of Personal Data in commercial transactions, applies to Elken Service Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as \u201cESS\u201d, \u201cour\u201d, \u201cus\u201d or \u201cwe\u201d). For the purpose of this written notice, the terms \u201cPersonal Data\u201d and \u201cprocessing\u201d shall have the meaning prescribed in the Act.<br \/><br \/><\/p><ol><li>This written notice serves to inform you that your Personal Data is being processed by or on behalf of ESS and your Personal Data was, or may be collected in the future, from the information you have provided us in the Warranty Card, Invoice, Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, TikTok, Xiao Hong Su, Microsite <a href=\"https:\/\/elkenservice.com\/biopurepoeultra\/\">https:\/\/elkenservice.com\/biopurepoeultra\/<\/a> and any other ESS documents. (hereinafter collectively referred to as the \u201cPurposes\u201d)<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">If you fail to provide us with your personal data, or if you subsequently withdraw your consent for us to process the same (other than for purposes of direct marketing), we may not be able to process your personal data for any of the Purposes.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Your personal data may be disclosed to the public, our affiliated and associated companies, related corporations, licensees, business partners, distributor\/members, credit reporting agencies and\/or our service providers for any of the Purposes or any other purpose directly related to any of the above Purposes. \u5e76\u89c4\u8303\u5176\u5728\u5546\u4e1a\u4ea4\u6613\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4e2d\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u8d44\u6599\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u53ca\u5904\u7406\u3002\u672c\u4e66\u9762\u901a\u77e5\u4e66\u5167\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u672f\u8bed, \u5982&#8221;\u4e2a\u4eba\u8d44\u6599&#8221;\u53ca&#8221;\u5904\u7406&#8221; \u6216\u5176\u4ee3\u8868\u8fdb\u884c\u5904\u7406\u3002\u60a8\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u8d44\u6599\u5df2\u901a\u8fc7\u60a8\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7f51\u7ad9\u3001\u4fdd\u4fee\u5361\u3001\u53d1\u7968\u4e2d\u6240\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u6536\u96c6\uff0c\u6216\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u672a\u6765\u88ab\u6536\u96c6\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u4e8e\u60a8\u5728 Facebook\u3001Instagram\u3001WhatsApp\u3001TikTok\u3001\u5c0f\u7ea2\u4e66\u7b49\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u4efb\u4f55 ESS \u6587\u4ef6\u4e2d\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u8d44\u6599\u3002\u60a8\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u8d44\u6599\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u62ab\u9732\u7ed9\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u516c\u53f8\u548c\/\u6216\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6240\u9610\u660e\u4e4b\u7528\u9014\u3002<br style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">\u8054\u7cfb\u60a8\u5e76\u56de\u5e94\u60a8\u7684\u67e5\u8be2\uff1b<\/li><li style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">\u8fdb\u884c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5185\u90e8\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u4e8e\u5ba1\u6838\u3001\u53cd\u9988\u3001\u6295\u8bc9\u4e4b\u7528\u9014\uff1b<\/li><li style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">\u4e3a\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u5173\u4e8e\u6211\u4eec\u4ea7\u54c1\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\uff1b<\/li><li style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">\u5e02\u573a\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u8d28\u91cf\u8c03\u67e5\uff1b<\/li><li style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">\u53d1\u9001\u5ba2\u6237\u4ea7\u54c1\uff1b<\/li><li style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">\u9075\u5b88\u9002\u7528\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u534f\u52a9\u4efb\u4f55\u653f\u5e9c\u5f53\u5c40\uff1b\u53ca\/\u6216<\/li><li style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">\u4e0e\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u9879\u53caESS\u6d3b\u52a8\u76f4\u63a5\u6216\u95f4\u63a5\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u76ee\u7684\uff08\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7edf\u79f0\u4e3a\u201c\u7528\u9014\u201d\uff09\u3002<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u672a\u80fd\u5411\u6211\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e2a\u4eba\u8d44\u6599\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u65e5\u540e\u64a4\u56de\u60a8\u5bf9\u6211\u4eec\u5904\u7406\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8d44\u6599\u7684\u540c\u610f\uff08\u76f4\u9500\u76ee\u7684\u9664\u5916\uff09\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u80fd\u5c06\u65e0\u6cd5\u4e3a\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u7528\u9014\u6765\u5904\u7406\u60a8\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u8d44\u6599\u3002<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u60a8\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u8d44\u6599\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u62ab\u9732\u7ed9\u516c\u4f17\u3001\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u9644\u5c5e\u548c\u5173\u8054\u516c\u53f8\u3001\u76f8\u5173\u4f01\u4e1a\u3001\u88ab\u8bb8\u53ef\u65b9\u3001\u4e1a\u52a1\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u3001\u76f4\u9500\u5546\/\u4f1a\u5458\u3001\u4fe1\u7528\u8bc4\u4f30\u673a\u6784\u548c\/\u6216\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u4efb\u4f55\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7528\u9014\u6216\u4e0e\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4efb\u4f55\u76ee\u7684\u76f4\u63a5\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u7528\u9014\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u8d44\u6599\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u88ab\u8f6c\u79fb\u81f3\u3001\u50a8\u5b58\u53ca\u5904\u7406\uff08\u201c\u8f6c\u79fb\u201d\uff09\u4e8e\u8d44\u6599\u6536\u96c6\u6240\u5728\u5730\u4ee5\u5916\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5411\u60a8\u4fdd\u8bc1\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u8f6c\u79fb\u7b26\u5408\u76f8\u5173\u9002\u7528\u7684\u8d44\u6599\u4fdd\u62a4\u6cd5\u5f8b\/\u6cd5\u89c4\uff0c\u5e76\u5df2\u91c7\u53d6\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\u63aa\u65bd\u4ee5\u4fdd\u62a4\u60a8\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u8d44\u6599\u5b89\u5168\u3002<\/p><p 40px;\">\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u4fdd\u7559\u60a8\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u8d44\u6599\uff0c\u4ee5\u5c65\u884c\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7528\u9014\u6240\u9700\u7684\u671f\u9650\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u76f8\u5173\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8981\u6c42\u6216\u5141\u8bb8\u66f4\u957f\u7684\u4fdd\u5b58\u671f\u9650\u3002\u5f53\u60a8\u5411\u6211\u4eec\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e2a\u4eba\u8d44\u6599\u6216\u6709\u5173\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u65f6\uff0c\u60a8\u786e\u8ba4\u4ed6\u4eec\u5df2\uff1a\uff08i\uff09\u6388\u6743\u60a8\u4ee3\u8868\u4ed6\u4eec\u884c\u4e8b\u5e76\u63a5\u6536\u5230\u4efb\u4f55\u8d44\u6599\u4fdd\u62a4\u901a\u77e5\uff1b\u53ca\uff08ii\uff09\u540c\u610fESS\u5904\u7406\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u8d44\u6599\u3002<\/p><p style=\"padding-left:
